What is PhonyText?
PhonyText is no ordinary text messaging service - it allows you to decide who the message appears to be sent from!
The Sender Name can be alphabetical or any phone number you choose. If the
phone number is in their address book, it will show the apparent sender's name where supported by the handset.

How it Works
- Purchase your Voucher Codes using PayPal - you will get them instantly on screen and by email.
- Go to the Send PhonyTexts page and enter your voucher code, message and the number you want to send it to.
- We will then send the PhonyText to number you have chosen with the Sender's Name or Number you have chosen.
Try It - Send a Test PhonyText
First, please can you tell us how you heard about us? It would be much appreciated!
Enter your phone number (international format) in the box below and hit the Send Test button. You should receive a PhonyText test message
within a few seconds. If you can see it's from "PhonyText" then it works in your country!

Check, check and check the number you're entering so we can actually try and reach you!
Remember, the number needs to be in the standard international format
which starts with the country code, for example:
- to UK this would be 447973123456
- to Ireland this would be 353871112222
- to The Netherlands this would be 311112222222
Don't forget that you might need to leave out any Zero at the start of your number if there is one.

Things You Need to Know

We can send PhonyText messages to most GSM mobile networks and phones, however the list changes regularly (note that we cannot deliver
to US or Canadian mobile numbers due to carrier restrictions).
Certain operators have restrictions on changing the Sender Name (in this case, a generic code will be shown, so it will still be anonymous).
Note that is may be illegal to send anonymous messages within certain countries (e.g. Australia).

The vouchers are non-refundable so you should ensure that the number you are sending to is valid. We may, however, issue you
with more credits at our discretion.
